Policies:
Guests MUST be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room.
Additional adults and children are $20 each per night.
Free parking is available.
Janmere Hampton Beach is a non-smoking property.
Pets are not permitted in rooms or on the property.
Cancellation Policy:
$35 processing fee for canceling outside of seven days and cancelling within 168 hours is a loss of the nights deposit.
