Policies:
Guests MUST be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room.
Additional adults and children are $20 each per night.
Free parking is available for one car per unit. Please call in advance for additional parking options.
Janmere Hampton Beach is a non-smoking property.
Pet friendly rooms are available upon advanced reservation. The pet fee is $35 and $10 each additional day. Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation Policy:
$40 processing fee for all canceled reservations. Deposits are refundable if we are notified 14 days prior to your arrival date.
