OUR ROOMS
Our Hampton Beach updated rooms are ready for your arrival and are sure to impress during your time with us! All rooms are equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and refrigerators. Some of our rooms offer sofas and/or full-size refrigerators. All second-floor rooms feature carpeted floors, while first-floor rooms have tile flooring, available across every room category.

Standard Rooms offer a queen or king bed, a 55″ flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, and air conditioning. These smaller rooms are our most economical option close to the beach. Each room includes parking for one vehicle. Additional parking passes are available on a limited basis for $30 per night.

These rooms feature one Queen Bed, a 55″ flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, and an A/C. These are smaller rooms and the most economical option close to the beach.

These rooms feature a King Bed, a 55″ flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, and an AC.
Each room includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional parking passes are available on a limited basis for $30/night.

These rooms feature two queen beds, a 55″ flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, and an A/C.
Each room includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional parking passes are available on a limited basis for $30/night.
Deluxe Rooms
Our Deluxe Rooms feature a queen or king bed, a 55″ flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, and air conditioning. Each room includes parking for one vehicle. Additional parking passes are available on a limited basis for $30 per night.

These rooms feature a Queen Bed, 55″ flatscreen TV, an mini refrigerator, and an A/C.

These rooms feature a King Bed, a 55″ flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, and an AC.

This room features two Queen beds, a 55″ flat-screen TV, an apartment-size refrigerator, and an A/C. The rooms and bathrooms are larger than our standard rooms.
Each room includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional parking passes are available on a limited basis for $30/night.
Deluxe Two Queen Studio
This room features two Queen beds, tile floors, a 55 ” flat-screen TV, a full-size refrigerator, and A/C. It also features a wet bar and bistro table.
Each room includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional parking passes are available on a limited basis for $30/night.
Deluxe Two Queen Room with Partition
These large partitioned rooms feature two queen beds, a full-size refrigerator, a 55″ flat-screen TV, and an A/C.
The areas are separated by a partition wall, but there is no door between the areas.
Each room includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional parking passes are available on a limited basis for $30/night.
Pet Friendly Rooms
Select rooms are pet friendly for guests traveling with their furry companions. A $25 fee per pet, per day is due on arrival.
Pet Friendly Single Queen
Pet-friendly ($25 per pet, per day, due on arrival). These rooms feature one queen bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, and air conditioning. As our most economical option, these rooms are smaller in size and conveniently located close to the beach.
Each room includes parking for one vehicle. Additional parking passes are available on a limited basis for $30 per night.
Pet Friendly Standard Two Queen

The Suite
Our newly renovated suite is a spacious apartment featuring two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The suite includes a full kitchen, living room with a pull-out sofa, jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and private deck space.
